Is physically hard working deadly?

There is a lot to write about hard working. When we go back in time, we see that the 
human race is working hard from the beginning. The women did everything at home, 
took care of the meals, gave the children the attention they needed and the men were 
working on land, fishing or hunting. Day in day out the same ritual. This was so for 
thousands of years, till everything started to change. Women did a job elsewhere in 
an office and some men took over the homework. There is nothing wrong with that, 
which one will do the working is no problem, as long as both exactly know what they 
are doing. The children are mostly the victims if both parents work elsewhere and 
only think of their careers! But, in this chapter I do not want to talk about that. 
I wrote about this problem in several chapters before and now we are talking about 
hard working.

What is hard working? 
People have a different view about that. A farmer is working hard on his land, 
a mother is working hard at home and so takes care of everything there. 
But someone, who is coming from his office is also telling us: "I have worked hard". 
And so we have many people, who think they are working hard. There are different 
kinds of hard working. One is working with the hands, other with the brain. Here are 
the two big differences in working. Hands and Brain. I do not want to talk about who 
is working harder, otherwise it will be an endless discussion. That will surely not 
make my point of view about this problem clearer. For sure is, that people who are 
working hard with their hands, have less problems in their lives than people who are 
only thinking and sitting the whole day behind their desks. Working with the hands 
means mostly that the body is also in shape, because you need your whole body to 
get your job done. When you notice how much a farmer has to walk, or how busy he 
is the whole day, it is complete different with somebody who is sitting the whole day 
behind a desk and walking perhaps 50 feet a day! The body is at that point only there,
to keep you on that chair and there is nothing that is really moving than maybe your 
hands and your head a little bit. In your head there is a complete mess, because your 
brain has to make overtime, to get everything done at the right time and in the right way. 
Here is the main point, a farmer is tired when he gets home, tired over his whole
body and the office man is only tired in his brain.

There are a lot more problems with these office people and their health. 
Simple, their bodies do not move enough. Okay then, you will tell me: "I go to the gym!" 
Great, fine and what you are doing there is the other side of the picture! You sit the 
whole day, after that, the body must do a top performance. Forget it people, here is 
something going completely wrong. Because after sitting for a long time and then 
going for one hour to a gym between four walls, is not really the thing that makes your 
body feel happy and healthy. That is going nowhere! Oh, are you eating healthy food? 
Perfect, but also this is not a guarantee you will live longer. Here is something else 
going on. People, who are thinking the whole day, cannot keep their body in good 
shape by only going to the gym and eating in a healthy way. They forget something: 
their Brain and Nature. What are they doing to get their brain back on track, after 
sitting a long day in the office? Nothing!! During that gym you will think further about 
the problems at your office, also that healthy food does not tell your brain: Stop with 
that, we are free now! We cannot handle the biggest problem: that tired brain. 
Some people go to a pub, or a party and drink enough alcohol, or take some other 
drugs and so they can forget their work. Ohhhh that is a great solution! Is this the way 
to handle your brain? With these drugs your brain will die bit by bit and sooner or later 
the brain will get more problems to handle the job.

So, I hope you see what the problem is here. People on land are working hard with 
their body, they have only one problem and that is to keep the body going. The body is 
busy the whole day to get everything coordinated, so your hands, feet and brain will not 
make mistakes and therefore damage your body. People who are working on land, 
have another plus point, they are always connected with the nature. Mother earth with 
all the positive energy, is around them and that's why there is no negative input. 
That positive energy flows into their body and consequently the body does its work 
and keeps going, because there is no negativism around it.

People in an office, have to work with other people, who perhaps are negatively loaded. 
A boss most of the time, is working negatively on you, because he wants more from you
than your body can give. And the brain, that is making overtime with that negative energy, 
makes a complete wreck of you, after a while. You will feel much better when you are 
working outside in Mother Nature. Even how cold it would be, you are connected with 
that nature and besides you will also get some light from the sun. In an office you will 
be sitting, for at least 8 hours under artificial light. This is a big negative point of 
office work as well. I write here about office work, but it is the same for people working 
in stores, or in big companies with artificial light. Our body needs more the light from
nature, as well as the connection with nature.

What we can do to handle that problem, is the following: If you are working more with
 your brain than with your hands, try to stop your thinking for several minutes daily 
(at least 20 minutes). This can be done by meditation. People who are busy on land 
meditate the whole day, because they are always hard working, except that they have 
to keep controlling their body for the job, they should do that too for the weather 
and nature. What you should also do, is go working everyday in your garden. If you 
are living in a city, make a long walk daily in a park or a place where you can be 
connected with nature again. See and feel that nature and believe that, all the power 
you need to survive the next day, is in that nature. People who do not get connected 
with nature are dying bit by bit everyday. If you are overworked and you do not listen 
to your body, it will go further in a life where there is no connection anymore. In the 
long run your body will get sicker and sicker.

All that gym stuff is not enough and is not to compare with a 20 minutes' walk in a park. 
Your body needs that and to make your body tired in a gym, is not good for your 
body neither for your wallet.

The proof is there, people who are working hard on land, or outside, will live longer
than people, who are always between four walls. People who are working at an office 
under artificial lights, are more often sick. All kinds of illnesses are coming up in people 
who cannot control and relax their brain. That brain does not have time left to work on 
its body, because it is overloaded with work stuff and therefore the body comes on 
the second place. Normally, a brain can handle everything and it has to make decision 
every second of your life. If you never give it a rest by taking off the pressure, you live 
only to work for your boss. Your body does not need that vacation, no it needs those 
20 minutes a day and the connection with the earth. By doing this, you will take as 
much positive energy as possible back into your body, so it will work completely 
restored and healthy, the next time.

The decision is yours. A short life between walls, or a longer life with Mother Nature.
