Negativism


In some of my chapters, I told you a little about what it means when you are negatively 
loaded.

I told you also, that negative input can never have positive output! This line has two sides. 
Two sides because actually, if you are acting negatively you will get back negative reactions. 
Also, with negative people around you, for instance at work or at home, you will become 
negatively loaded yourself in the long run, which might even make you sick later on! 
That negative energy exists on earth for one thing and that is to break you down. It gets 
you sick, makes you feel terrible and capable of acting as a maniac. In this way, 
negativism keeps up negativism.

The other side of negativism is positivism. Look further in life and what do you see there? 
All the negative things in your life end in a positive way. Really? That is not right, you say. 
I became terribly ill, which took years off my life. That is true, but after that lesson I came 
out of the hole and found a solution for the problem. Why is negativism so mighty? 
Simply, because you enforce it yourself and it is such an easy thing to do! Yes, you are 
the one who lets this happen and you let the negative energy make you sick. You make 
yourself sick! Oops! You must be mad at me now, but keep still for a while and you will 
see that this is true. Because you are opening yourself up to let in negative energy, so 
it becomes a breeding ground. This, after a while, will explode. It is like a virus that finds 
a place to multiply, making you sick. That negative energy is doing the same. It pushes 
the positive energy away, and when you let that happen, negative energy gets to you.

What can you do about it? First, I have already explained how negative energy gets to 
you. You want it yourself. Now you have it and you do not want it any more. Okay then, 
throw it away! Just throw it away and do not think about the negative energy any longer. 
The same way it comes to you, you can let it go away by replacing it by positive energy 
instead. However, there is something else. Follow the line of the negative energy to its 
root and you will find a positive field there. Yes, deep in the roots of that negative energy 
there is positive energy. This will give you a new outlook on the negative energy, because
the small part of positive energy is so strong that it can solve the entire negative one. 
All negative energy has its own antivirus in it.

This gives us a nice tool to work with and when you are surrounded by negative energy 
just let it go through your body, do not hold on to it, but send it directly to the centre of 
the earth. Follow that energy in your mind and see what is happening. The deeper it gets 
the more positive it will become, because it will be filtered by Mother Earth. At the end of 
the line, you can pick-up that positive energy and bring it into yourself. This positive energy 
defends against the new incoming negative energy and works as an antivirus does.

The law of the Universe is simple; defend yourself with the tools you are threatened with. 
Behind every minus, there is a plus.
